Bitmap to Icon Wizard is an easy-to-use program to create Windows icons
from bitmap (.bmp) files. It supports output with 32-bit alpha-channel
transparency as well as 24-bit, 8-bit, and 4-bit. The generated icon
file (.ico) can contain up to 5 different icon sizes (256×256, 48×48,
32×32, 24×24, and 16×16). Bitmap to Icon Wizard requires .BMP input
files, so you may need to convert your files to BMP before using this
software to generate the icons.
